I don't know the licence plate, but the seat belt bolts appear to be a 7/16" 
fine thread.....
( my car is on jackstands & I crawled under to measure the thread 
diameter....). Providing that they are indeed SAE, and not metric like the 
pin bolts for the leaf springs!
