[Roadsters] brakes

I'm replacing the seals on the pistons of my front disc brakes on my 66.

Do you just stretch the seal onto the piston, or does the piston come apart
somehow to replace the seal.

It just seams like quite a stretch and I didn't want to ruin my new seals.
