When I see these numbers it makes me realize what a really unique car the 2000
roadster is. I wish that I had realized that back in the 70s when I was
abusing my first one so badly. Probably would have cherished it more and kept
it.

This also makes the planned paint job for my 70 (second rarest version of the
breed) creep more into a restoration effort.  I just don't want it to get into
one of the many multi year projects as I like driving it too much to have it
sitting in pieces forever.
