I think I can really speak to that issue. =20
I had several claims in a very short period. during that same time, my =
wife=E2=80=99s car was hit by someone with no insurance, so we had to =
file a claim with our regular insurance carrier.
before that, and since then, I=E2=80=99ve had no claims with my new =
insurance company or my regular insurance company (still the same one).
I think you know where I am going with this. Hagerty paid the claims =
promptly, and I took the opportunity to have some items replaced that =
were in the vicinity but weren=E2=80=99t actually damaged. so they pay =
claims promptly, and generously. but they decided I was a bad risk, and =
mentioned my wifes claim as part of the reason.
I=E2=80=99ll put in a plug for Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company =
(Grundy Worldwide); they are my new carrier and have really great rates. =
