Great interview and video Alvin and Larry.â??
When Alvin said the flat low windshield dash started out as stock, didnâ??t the
67-1/2 dash only have 3 toggle switches? My 67 1600 Sora blue has the 4
switches and chrome bezels around the gauges.
My first car when I was 19 was a used red 66 1600 for tooling around Cal Poly
SLO as an electronic engineering major. It was quite a step up from my freshman
year at Cal Poly when I had my 65 Honda 250 Scrambler. Both were fun driving
between my parents home in Pacifica and SLO and hanging corners on the old
Devilâ??s Slide Highway 1 before there were many guard rails and 50+ years
before the twin tunnels.
