I *think* that Q-H and B&B are owned by the same parent now (Valeo?)
and while it was once understood that mixing brands was bad, now
the brand used on TR clutch hardware is hard to predict and
not particularly significant.
I know that John Lye used to use some funny combination of parts
involving at least one component intended for an MGB (but now he
has a trick Tilton clutch).
TRF has recently been advertising an "ultimate" clutch setup for the 4A-6,
complete with a guranteee of some sort. Didyou ask them about that?
