Below is a spreadsheet that I used to forecast orders. IF you can read
it, you can use it to refresh your memory on what you thought you might
order. Dont be shy about upping your orders...I dont really want to
carry a bunch of inventory.
One more time....send the check to me...do your own math...put the
quantity of patches & decals on the "FOR" line of the check. I wont lose
your check and I will have a record of what to put in the mailer. Help
save me some time and provide a return label with your address.

3M Heavy Duty Vinyl to resist fuels and corrosive materials
Cost is $3.93 for each decal including 6% Sales Tax.
Order Quantity was placed at 250 pieces on a current forecast of 200
pieces.

Embroidered with edging-suitable for sewing on caps, jackets, sweaters,
etc.
Cost is $2.70 for each patch including 6% Sales Tax.
Order Quantity was placed at 125 pieces on a current forecast of 100
pieces.
I figure it should be no more than $1.50 for the mailer and
postage....whatever.
