FYI

Bob Wismer and I have started the total frame off restoration of our
1962
TORNADO TALISMAN. It is Serial Number 13 (out of about 300 +/-), and
its
replacement body (original body damaged in an accident) is documented as
the
very last one molded by Tornado Cars Limited. While this car is powered
by an
English Ford engine, it has LOADS of TRIUMPH parts (brakes, suspension,
etc.).
It is a small bore, four seat, fast back, GT car, which will probably
get
creamed by the Mini's, but should be good looking, and a nice
stable-mate for
the THUNDER BOLT.

At this point the car is nearly completely dismantled. It is in VERY
good
shape. We hope to have it ready for a 'shake down event' before the end
of
the year, and it should be race ready for next season.
