I just went back and looked at one of Paul's messages that I'd saved.
There does seem to be a problem in the "reply-to" line.

Normally it wouldn't be a problem, but in this case, it will.
Try using:
Paul-Richardson@cyberware.co.uk
and see if it goes through.
