regarding this topic Does anyone check the Flywheel run-out routinely???? This past May as I was installing my motor -I checked the run-out because I wasn't convinced that the flywheel and crank where snug. The runout was about .015"! at about the outside edge of clutch surface. At first I thought the crankshaft was off...I took the flywheel off and the crank was dead on. I put a different flywheel on and it was about .002 at the same spot..... Mordy |
