Thanks. I'm trying to do the simple thing instead of re-engineering
the back end - I need this car to commute in! I haven't really
gone looking for an r&p yet; I figured I'd ask the list first.

I think that if I were starting over and had lots of time, I'd
use a Subaru diff (copy of the 510, but better seals and most have
LSD already) and deal with the unequal length halfshafts...
