Hi all!

Here's a funny: I was reading a book last night on the couch and
happened to glance up at a pretty active commercial (yes, I AM a
marketing person -- ignore the show; watch the COMMERCIALS!). The
opening shot was an old station wagon crashing into a building and the
whole thing going up in flames. My interest piqued, I watched further.
The next scene was a red Mini with luggage on top going off a cliff and
crashing all the way down. I was saddened, but my curiosity button was
pushed. The final scene showed a red TR7 coupe on a coastal highway
when suddenly a skateboarder zipped out in front of the car, and, you
guessed it, the TR7 went through the fence and off the cliff.

Any ideas what this commercial was for?

It was for a local insurance agency, A-Affordable Insurance. The scenes
all looked like old footage from 70's or early 80's movies -- maybe the
Mini was from The Italian Job, which I've not seen, but understand there
were several Minis going off cliffs in it.

Too funny for a Monday night!

Keep Triumphing,
Susan :)

PS -- Watch those cliffs!
