Greetings to all on the FOT list,

Does anyone on have any experience with the WEBER DGV carburetor conversion for
the TR4, with LONGFLO type air cleaners?
My particular interest is whether those who have completed this conversion have
suffered with 'lack of clearance' between the top of the air cleaner/filter of
the front carburetor and the inside of the bonnet/hood.
It is at the point where the front air cleaner/filter needs to have the wire
mesh that holds in the sponge filter pad, bent inwards a decent amount to
obtain sufficient clearance?

Has anyone else struck this problem? Got a fix/suggestions?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Kind Regards
