Hi Mordy

No It wasn't dear old Mike who asked Ken for the ciggy, but Mike knew the
driver who did. The driver in question was a wonderful practical joker, and
he and  a fellow countryman actually won Le Mans one year. The previous
sentence contains all the letters needed to spell out his full name. His
first name contains six letters with one repeated twice and another three
times.
