As a result of 'Allison', many long distance services were disrupted
yesterday, and this did affect AOL as well as AT&T and many others. Our
business could get calls from Palo Alto but not Sacramento, Colorado but not
Louisiana. Local lines were ok, so the rains must have affected relay
stations or sattelite uplinks at various spots. Seems ok this morning but
it's too soon to tell.
Internet activity was way down as a result.
