Nominate Hot Shoe Siam

If Joe Siam is not a member of FOT (Friends of Triumph) already i'd like to 
nominate him for membership. Joe is a hot shoe Triumph Racer (Spitfire)from 
way back. A great competitor, builder as well. He does race the occasional 
five main octagon badged door stop and a very fast turner but he has TR in 
his blood to be sure. 

Joe is also the E class rep for VARA here on the west coast. So can I get a 
second please?
