Hello to all. My name is Sean Green, and I'm a British car nut. I've owned
a 1971 TR6 for 17 years and it's the only car I've ever owned that I've never
considered selling. My wife Brianne fell in love with the car at first sight
and even went so far as to tell me that she wanted to arrive at our wedding
reception in the car ( well maybe "wanted" is to mild a word, "demanded" is a
better fit ). She had no idea what she was asking of me since at the time she
"asked" for this little favor the car was in pieces all over the garage
undergoing a major engine rebuild and we only had 3 months to the wedding!
Needless to say I still had gease under my fingernails on our wedding day and
not a whole lot of sleep the night before but, she got her wish! The TR6 has
been a dedicated autocross car for three years now, has a couple of local and
divisional championships ( mostly Brianne's) and has actually been more
reliable as a racecar than the miata we started racing in.

Brianne and I live in Renton, WA (suburb o' Seattle) have been married for
7 years are in our early 30's and are expecting our first child in September.
Besides the Triumph our pets include one large friendly dog (Koshka), two
aloof cats ( Mungojerrie and Rumpelteaser. don't ask :^) ), two indifferent
Baird's ratsnakes ( Hidey and Howdy ) and a pile of (edible) mice ( for the
snakes ).

Thank you for the nomination Jack and Susan, Brianne and I hope to get
(and hopefully give) lots of good and obscure information from the kind folks
on this list.

    -Sean & Brianne Green
1971 Triumph TR6 (Nigel, the loud and leaky) ;^)

P.S. Do you know why James Bond drives Aston Martins?

Smokescreen and oilslick are standard equipment. :^)
