Hi all!

My mom just emailed me about a show she just heard about on Discovery
Channel -- Monster Garage. Some of you might be interested in this show
-- they apparently build wierd stuff out of existing cars. Here's what
she had to say:

*****************

A feature article about "Monster Garage" in today's newspaper caught my
attention. Apparently this miniseries already started, on Sunday. The
Times-Picayune says it will be on today to 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.

Maybe you are already watching this miniseries but just in case you
missed it, it's on the Discovery Channel. Check your paper to see if
you get the same programming time for it that we do.

Anyway, the article says, "Bummed because you missed it? Cheer way up.
Two new episodes air tonight,
then all four episodes of "Monster Garage" will air in a block starting
at 3 p.m. Sunday. And, best news of
all, Discovery intends to return this concept in the fall as a regular
weekly series."

Great photos accompany the newspaper article. Photo captions read:

"'Monster Garage' host Jesse James stands in front of the Volkswagon
Beetle-turned-swamp airboat that
skims a Louisiana bayou in the episode airing at 8 tonight on
Discovery."

"It used to be a Mustang convertible. Now it's a high-speed lawnmower."

"This 1994 Mustang became a garbage truck for less than $3,000."

The article begins: "In the 'Monster Garage,' a team of scary geraheads
transforms unassuming street rides
into hybrid hellwagons. A Lincoln Town Car limousine becomes a fire
truck. (etc.)"

Just FYI!

Keep Triumphing,
Susan :)
