If any FOT are planning on coming to VIR in Oct and haven't been before,
there are several chances to see the track on
The Speed Channel. They are showing the Grand-Am Cup races on the
following dates:
Thursday Sept. 19 3:00PM Eastern and 4:00 PM
Friday Sept 20 10:00PM and 3:00 AM
Saturday Sept. 21 10:00PM and 3:00 AM
Although it is in the rain, there are some great shots that show the
track layout and the changes in elevation. Also
Notice the ample grass runoffs and plenty of room before any barriers. A
great track to drive.
Come and give it a drive in October with SVRA.
