 You can get the tool you're looking for from eastwood. they have both
roller type and the vise grip type. I have a roller--it's a very
worthwhile tool. the vise grip one looks like a pain in the ass.

in 96 I meat several English men working in Quincy Mass for the summer
restoring  Tr's  the tool i am looking for i have only found as a
newmatic
basicly it stamps a step into a body pannel  so pannls can be over
lapped and
welded  The tool i am looking for is hand operated  It's  a clamp type

pannal to be steped ( moved easily around curves) and after several runs

the edge you created the the step nessary to join the two body pannls
