Or local circle racer expert uses mostly grade 5 as he likes bolts to bend rather than break. Some places I agree. For grade 5 hardware, I like Lawson products. We have a Fastenal (renamed "fastenafew") and the quality of the parts has been uniform but not anything I would use on a car - street or track. The local Caterpiller store sells dandy grade 8 stuff at what appear to be semi-reasonable prices. Arp stuff is sre nice. art de armond |
