I cant say this with certainty. This car was advertized in the early to mid
90s and was purchased for a very modest price. It might have been sold by Jim
Beebe, a friend of Peter Eagen, as it was advertized from the madison area.
I have some Road America footage from the early to mid 60s that show a TR4
negotiating Turn #5 and it looks suspiciously like the blue car of Larry
Rossi.
It was a race car from new and it was once owned by Jim Spencer. I need to
spend some time and confirm the rest. I am not even sure that Larry knows the
complete history...provenance was not his first interest.
Does anyone else have any insight?
I need to call him, anyway.
