TR4 Cylinder Head Thicknes

I'm sure that this has come up before for discussion.

But, does any one have any information on what the theoretical manufactured
thickness/dimension of the TR4 cylinder head should be when it was new?

I'm just trying to establish how much has been (approximately) milled off a
couple of heads that I have on the shelf.
