If you are running stock inlet manifold or a manifold with a cross tube
between the primary ports of the manifold the cylinders #2 & #3 will be
leaner. Or maybe it's that #1 &#4 will be richer.  All depends on how look
at it.

 If it's Webers and a port for every cylidner they should all be relativly
the same.
