Minimum Vintage Prep- Lotus 7 Series II

List, I have a friend who has an original Lotus 7 that he would like to put 
on the track from time to time.

Any insights on:

Fuel Cells
Tire & Wheel Selection
Roll Bar
Caveats

He expects to run with VSCDA at the back of the pack and retain the car for 
street.

Used parts such as tires and wheels and fuel cell would be considered.
