If I understand the question correctly, I think the instruction page I 
scanned in long ago at the bottom of 
http://www.tonydrews.com/Tony_Car.htm  (sheet is at 
http://www.tonydrews.com/Kill_Switch2.jpg ) shows a value of 3 ohm, 11 
watt.  Your mileage may vary.
