At one point in the past I know TRF had a 250 tub that was clean for sale. I am
unsure it whether it was sold. Certainly worth the cost of a call. I suggest
you speak with Dave Hagenbuch. Dave goes out of his way to help us.

Bill, one of the wierdest things I ever saw was a whole herd of deer that
ran into a Ford F-150 pickup. I was pulling onto the shoulder to make a
right turn and looked in the mirror as I was doing so. As I did, a whole
herd of deer, probably 10 to 12 of them, ran across the road and right into
his truck! A couple went in front, one jumped over the hood, one tried to
jump over the hood but hit it instead and spun around on top of it before
sliding off the other side, several ran directly into the side of the
truck, and a several went behind it or over the bed. Amazing! He pulled
right over and I backed up to him and told him I would certainly be a
witness to what happened since no one at his insurance company would ever
believe it. He looked at me like I was crazy and said, "It's a rental,"
and drove off with huge dents in the side and hood of the truck.

Does anyone out there have (or know how to locate) a rust free TR250 body
tub? I am looking to re-tub my car after being hit by a deer and tearing up
my front clip, but I have had no luck finding anything. I know this is a
hard to come by item, but I though it was at least worth asking about. I
will be out of town for about a week, so I will probably not be checking my
