Rod failure survey

Have you ever had a rod or rod bearing failure in a TR2 - 4A engine? 
Which rod was it?

There may be a pattern of failure that we should recognize.

Send me brief note telling me which rod it was, and I will tabulate 
and publish the results. If there is a pattern, we can talk about 
potential fixes. We need something new to talk about.
