Listers: I have a customer's '60 TR3A that was severely damaged when the owners
son decided Dad's car looked better buried in a brick mailbox. The damage is
what most of us would consider beyond repair, but, the owner has many
sentimental ties to the car; dating, honeymoon, and who knows what else. The
body shop is doing it's best to put Humpty together again, but some panels need
to be replaced. I am in search of the following: drivers side front fender;
drivers side door; and the biggie...3A wide mouth apron. I do have one drivers
side door, but it is a pre-TS600000 door, meaning it has wood in the top
section. I can use it if I have to, but, prefer the right parts. I also have a
bonnet from a pre-TS60000 car that I'll wind up putting raised hinge points on
to use because of lack of the proper bonnet. I believe any "3" drivers side
front fender will fit...rust in the bottom sill area can be repaired. As for
aprons; at this point I can use any wide mouth in almost any
condition. If any FOT'ers have these panels that they aren't planning on
using; sitting out on one of the many cars on the back 40, or gathering
dust/rust out in the barn, and are willing to sell them, please drop me an
