Although not strictly on-topic, I just found this interesting article by
Crane Cams that at least touches on the subject.
One of the most interesting things is how their advice now matches what Kas
and Greg Solow and others have been telling us for a long time : new
cams/lifters need to be run-in at a fast idle.
