Ok, folks young and old one and all. Here is the scoop for the Autocross
taking place at Road America May 19th in conjunction with the MOTRAH 007
Vintage Race event. It is open to all Morgan, Triumph, and Austin Healey
vehicles from bone stock to full race. You will run with similar prepared
cars. It should be a blast so if you want to participate get your
registration in because there are a limited number of slots available.

MOTRAH Autocross Registration
Plans are being finalized for the MOTRAH Autocross on Saturday, May 19th.
We are now ready to begin accepting registrations from Morgan, Triumph and
Austin Healey drivers for this event. The Autocross will be run from 10:00
am to 2:00 pm on the Briggs and Stratton Motorplex at Road America and is
being organized by the members of Windy City Morgan Owners Group, Chicago's
Morgan club.
Due to time and capacity constraints, it may be necessary to limit the
number of entries so it is important that you register now to guarantee a
spot. From now until May 6, 2007, an early registration period will be held.
During this period, the first 25 registrations for each marque (total of
75) will be guaranteed a place in the Autocross. Beginning May7, 2007 and
continuing through May 18, 2007, registration will be on a first come basis
regardless of marque until all available Autocross spots are filled.
In order to register, e-mail or telephone Steve Balsamo at Windy City MOG [
sdbalsamo@aol.com, (847) 242-0717 ] stating name, address and type of car.
This notification will hold your place in the event. You will then be sent
a registration package including Rules, class structure and a registration
form. This should be completed and returned to Steve at P.O. Box 210,
Glencoe, Illinois 60022.
There is no entry fee for the event. If you have a Healey, Triumph or
Morgan you are welcome as our guest. Prizes and operating costs are being
covered by Windy City MOG. If you have any questions regarding the
