I am looking for the best quality cam followers out there. (143552).

Whilst I am not made of money, price is secondary to quality.

Apparently, everone, and their brother is selling these things but seldom is
there any mention of technical specification, such as hardness, heat treating,
quality of original material...

This is what I found: (converted to US Dollars/No shipping/Tax)

Britishclassiccarspares.com (UK website): $48/set 12.

British Parts North West: $48.36/set 12
(Rockwell hardness tested at 54, minimum should be 50)

Canley Classics: $63.60/set 12 (standard)

Cambridge Motor Sport: $65.76/set 12 (standard)

TD Fitchetts (UK): $66/set 12

Moss (Europe): $66/set 12 (standard)

Goodparts (Richard Good, USA): $75/set 12 (standard)

Victoria British (USA): $83.40/set 12

Rimmers: $84/set 12

Chris Witor: $84/set 12, Good aftermarket.

The Roadster Factory: $95.40/set 12

Revington TR: $95.88/set 12 (tuftrided)

APT: $101.76/set 12 (standard)

APT: $125.76/set 12 (tuftrided)

Canley Classics: $142.80/set 12 (tuftrided)

Moss Europe: $150.00/set 12 (lightened & tuftrided)

Cambridge Motor Sport: $162.86/set 'Kent'.

My favorites at the moment are:

Chris Witor's
Goodparts'
BPNW's

Based on the general quailty of the service and parts that I have received
from them, coupled with their product knowlege.

I would be most interested in anyone's comments on the above, as well as any
experiences with various cam followers fitted?

Please email me directly on Guyots3@wmconnect.com

Many thanks

Lion
