I am starting to assemble the above and found the first problem - the linkage
rod goes through the castings with nylon (?) bushings, which needless to say
do not line up three in a row, and the rod binds. Should I just cut the
castings, drill and tap for rod ends with adjustable height (of course, I
still need to get them lined up in one plane!), or is there a better
solution?
