Buy good ones...your life may depend on it....there are many 'grades of the=
se , in the steel used,the ball/socket, and the fact that you are trying to=
 use two mixed sizes ,changes the ratings....best to use one size thread an=
d ball....for a Spit, the 7/16" are fine.
