I'll add my two cents, (Phennig).
 For what it is worth, the 1957 Sebring Team did not have any accommodation
to relieve yourself.  I don't know what the 1956 Lemans cars had, I saw them
there but did not notice any added equipment for the purpose. The 1957
Factory cars at Sebring,  if you are a TR history buff, were the 1956 Alpine
Rally cars rebuilt.  No significant modifications we introduced that I could
observe. The driving shifts were three hours at Sebring and I think most
would have not trouble with that length of time.  I still drive 4 to 5 hours
between stops and that is at age 76.
