[Fot] Diff question

I occurred to me that I'm not familiar with a Salisbury carrier except 
seeing it mentioned on this list.  Is it a locker or an automatic torque 
biasing diff?

I know a Quaife would work for me but I prefer something that is just a 
little more aggressive at transferring torque and I want to stay away 
from a locker.
