FoTer's; Now your skateing on my ice, one very important thing to remember
in regards to a generator is wheather or not it has a voltage regulator. The
voltage regulator ( as most already know) keeps the voltage stable no matter
the RPM of the engine, the more load you put on it the slower it turns thus
the voltage and frequency drop, this situation will kill any sensitive
equip.ie; televisions, COMPUTERS, microwaves etc: Ever wonder why a honda /
yamaha genset costs three times as much as a comparable wattage genset you
will find at a lumberyard or similar place ? A fellow in town bought a
lesser quality unit last year and planted it in the middle outside of his
home and two rentals, well he got to buy and or replace three of the above
mentioned at EACH home......Side note....a typical FULLY automatic 12kw to
17kw system on an average installation will run you between 4800.00 and
6800.00 complete, labor and materials...how do i know? Mark Pendy #65 tr4
