Happy New Year to the list. 2010 already - time sure flies when you're
having fun. With the recent discussion of using TR6 front suspension
components, thought some of our recent salvage arrivals might be of
interest. We just got in 3 TR6 parts cars in the last 2 weeks. Plenty of
front suspensions, gearboxes, differentials, etc. Also a stack of
TR3.TR4 short blocks.
We just did another run of our uprated TR springs. TR3 - 6 fronts and
TR4AIRS - TR6 rears. We produce a large portion of the uprated springs
sold in the country. Accurate within +/- 2% (tightest tolerance in the
industry) and guaranteed not to set or sag. Many of the coil springs we
rate checked, especially UK made, will vary as much as 10%. We supply
these in both stock and 1" shorter free length. Rates are 20% firmer in
front and 25% firmer in rear. We can also tell you how much to cut if
you want to raise the spring rate - 1/8 of a coil = 8# rate increase.
This is only true on our springs..
