I compared that to what is listed at the Brad Penn site. They have .15 zinc, 
.14 phosphorus in all but the 0W-30. The VR1 is .14 zinc and.13 phosphorus 
for all viscocities. I think both these numbers are good enough for flat 
tappet cam use and for the difference in price and ease of purchase I'll 
stick with the VR1.
