I'm pretty sure the spin-on filter adapter and the oil-cooler adapter
(sandwich) plate are two separate parts.
The spin-on filter adapter attaches to the filter head and is readily
available for about 30 bucks. It accepts a Fram PH3600 filter or Fram
HP10 racing filter.
Between the filter head and the engine block is a sandwich plate which
contains two strategically placed fittings for the oil cooler. I have
a few of these in different styles.
