3 layer one piece OMP with undies.
1 safer due to a longer burn time and 2 despite the PITA factor for the
undies I found they dried out faster then the race suit.
IE you sweat a lot so its better to have a barrier between you and the suit.
My last race in late Sept I left the undies on post race because it was
rather cool that weekend.
