Anyone using the QUAIFE straight cut gear set for TR4-6? I have a particular
question reading the set up of the Lay/Countershaft gear and the STD thrust
washers.
The QUAIFE set has a portion of the centre gear protruding through and past
the gear. This means that the splined shaft actually runs on the LARGE
thrust washers instead of a nice ground face like the STD original. That
just doesn't make any sense to me!
