To change your cam timing, remove the 10-32 nuts holding the round cover on,
and remove the cover. The adjustment vernier should be right there. Adjust and
replace the cover. Easy job.
When I was doing this the first time, I wasn't sure I was right. I talked to
Sam Halkias and he said that's what he did! So if Sam does it that
way........
I have a friend in Erie who has a metal supply/fabrication business. He lets
me scrounge around his scrap metal and sells me what I need. I also have a
milling machine, lathe, and other assorted equipment to help me in my
projects.
