[Fot] VIR Track Talk or Video?

I'll be at VIR this weekend for the first time in eight years, and the last 
time only lasted one day until a rocker arm broke, with valve/piston damage.
Anyone have a good description of how to drive the track, map showing best 
lines, or video they care to share?  I found last year at Watkins Glen that 
advance reading of a great description of driving the track, turn by turn, and 
studying a map and photos was really helpful.
