This thread on which flywheel for which Spitfire reminds me of a near fisti=
cuffs discussion I witnessed at one of the last NATC gatherings before they=
 became the VTR Convention.=C2=A0 It was at the Concour de Elegance judging=
, and two TR3 owners were arguing about whose car was 'original as built', =
because they had different suspension parts.=C2=A0 They were both 'correctl=
y described being 'as built'.=C2=A0 Especially towards the end of a model's=
 run (i.e., the TR3B) TRIUMPH was building cars with whatever parts were le=
ft on the shelf.=C2=A0 It resulted in some unique cars, and some heated dis=
cussions.

Isn't the crankshaft boss on the late 1296/1500 larger in diameter?
