"Bristleflex" is the trade name Matrin MacGregor has applied to his newly
designed push on style door seals. An excellent artist's drawing of this can
be seen on his web site. http://www.macgregorukcarparts.com
Martin had this produced as an answer to the call for a push on style "fuzzy
" type door seal that will indeed stay on the flange, due to the internal
steel gripping barbs that duplicate the original stuff in that regard. For
big Healeys this "Bristleflex" applies to all the 6 cylinder cars produced
at Abingdon. The rubber bulb seal portion is quite soft and will crush
easily to form an effective seal without pushing the door out of alignment.
Black is the only colour currently available but blue and red are following
next with other colours available within the next few months.
