Ned Since it is a fresh rebuild don't jump to conclusions on the oil sheen in the rad. Happens sometimes. If it is a lot of oil that is a different situation. Are you sure you released the timing chain tensioner. It will cause a chain slap that sounds like the engine is coming apart. Have you isolated the sound to a particular location? Aloha Perry |
