[Healeys] BJ8 door - glass weather strip

Hi,

I need to replace the inner and outer weather strips in the door of my
BJ8 (1966).    These are the strips that seal against the glass as it
goes up and down in the door.

Does anyone have some advice on how best to do this?   The outer
doesn't look too bad to do,  but the replacing the inner strip looks
tricky.
