I pumped the center hole of the bushing full of grease, then used a =
solid bar that fit the center hole closely, hit it with a hammer, and =
the bushing popped out.
I heated the oil until it was =E2=80=9Chot=E2=80=9D (choose your =
definition), dropped in the bushing and turned off the heat. Let it =
soak overnight.
