Try adjusting it first. Adjust the rear brakes so that it removes the =
excessive free play. Then remove the right rear wheel so you can access =
the emergency brake adjuster. Remove the cotter pin and pin and slacken =
the lock nut so you can tighten the cable. If that doesn=E2=80=99t work =
it could be that there is excessive play at the bottom of the handle =
caused by loose nuts that attach the handle to the tunnel.
